We're expanding our innovative Family Help Teams and looking for dedicated Social Workers and Senior Practitioners who are committed to making a difference.

Your Role

As a key member of the Family Help Teams, you will:

  • Deliver family-focused support that addresses the root causes of challenges, helping families thrive.
  • Collaborate within a multi-agency resource team to provide timely and effective interventions.
  • Provide expert safeguarding oversight through the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT).
  • Guide families through Early Help, Child in Need, and Child Protection pathways, ensuring the best outcomes at every stage.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Social Work England registration.
  • A Social Work qualification.
  • Extensive post-qualifying experience in children's social care.
  • Proven expertise in Section 7 reports, Child Protection, PLO, and Initial Assessments.
  • A passion for working collaboratively to support children and families.
