  • Manage a diverse caseload of individuals and carers requiring support, guidance, and close monitoring.
  • Respond swiftly to service user needs while also offering short-term bed-based interventions where needed, ensuring care is delivered effectively at home or in familiar environments.
  • Provide guidance and direction to colleagues, supporting senior team members and managers as necessary.
  • Adhere to the standards of proficiency set by the Health and Care Professions Council, maintaining registration and focusing on continuous learning and development.
  • Contribute to the overall performance and reputation of the Council through dedicated service delivery and engagement.
