Duty Social worker

  • supporting the needs of service users, front line social work, dealing with incoming communication either via phone, email or people arriving in reception.
  • You will also have a small case load of assessments that will need to be completed.

Duty Support officer to join Southwark’s All Age Disability and Learning Disability 25+ Service.

As Duty Support Officer your role would be to play a part in the functioning of the All Age Disability and Learning Disabilities Duty process, and to undertake a variety of administrative activities to support Duty in ensuring that service targets are met and continuous improvement is achieved.

The applicant must have substantial experience within an administrative role with a excellent working knowledge of different computer systems.

A good knowledge of Learning Disabilities, adult social care sector would be beneficial and an ability to communicate confidently with a broad range of individuals and organisations.

A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
