Available Roles:

  1. Brief Intervention Service

    • You’ll work with families for up to six months, supporting them in creating sustainable change. With small caseloads, regular supervision, and access to specialist support, you will have the time and resources needed to build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
    • Key Support Team Includes: Domestic Abuse Specialist, Housing Specialist, SEN Social Worker, Substance Misuse Worker, Practice Specialist, Family Therapist, and more.
  2. Family Safeguarding Service

    • You’ll be part of a creative, stable team delivering high-quality, responsive services to families with diverse needs, including child protection, care proceedings, and looked-after children.
    • Collaborative Teams: You’ll work alongside Children’s Social Workers, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Domestic Abuse and Substance Misuse Practitioners across geographical clusters in Roehampton, Battersea, and Tooting.

What You Bring:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England membership and ASYE Year completion.
  • Proven experience working across voluntary and statutory agencies, with solid knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Compassion, communication, and collaboration skills, with a "can-do" attitude to support and champion children and families.
