This South London Authority are looking for two Social Workers to work within their Project Team team. Details of the role are:
1- Social Work qualification recognised by and registered with Social Work England (SWE)2. Awareness of strengths based, person centred approaches to social work and social care, including strengths based assessments, and person centred support planning3. Knowledge of adult protection issuesAwareness of needs, assets, risks and issues relating to adults with social care needs and their carers4. Working knowledge of relevant legislation/policies/codes of practice/guidance.5.Experience of undertaking different types of Reviews

- A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
- Be Social Work Registered
- Be eligible to work within the UK
