As a Substance Misuse Nurse, you will:
- Deliver healthcare and clinical interventions to the homeless population.
- Work within outreach services as directed by the Lead Nurse.
- Tailor care to the unique needs of each service user.
- Implement innovative clinical interventions.
- Provide high-quality clinical services with empathy and understanding.
- Support individuals in overcoming challenges related to substance misuse and homelessness.
Package and Benefits:
The Substance Misuse Nurse role offers an attractive package, including:
- Annual salary up to 48,183.
- Outer London Weighting of 2,163.27.
- Fixed term contract until 26th February 2026.
- Full-time hours of 37.5 per week.
