Your Role in the Safeguarding & Care Planning Team:

Lead and support a team of social workers in children’s safeguarding and care planning.Oversee risk assessments and care planning for children and families in need.Manage and provide guidance in the team to ensure high-quality interventions.Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children.Advocate for children, ensuring they are at the heart of decision-making.

What We Need From You:

Qualified Social Worker - Registered with Social Work EnglandLeadership Experience - Proven ability to lead and support a team in safeguarding and care planningExperience in Children’s Services - Background in LAC, court work, and safeguarding casesPassion & Dedication - Commitment to improving outcomes for children and familiesStrong Communication Skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-agency professionals
