NonStop's client, a Local Authority in South London, is looking for Team Manager who can join their LeavingCare Team recognized by Ofsted with a recent rating of "Good" overall and an "Outstanding" in leadership. About the RoleAs Team Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team within our 16+ Leaving Care Service, prioritizing relationship-based support. This fully permanent, stable service is known for low caseloads, allowing a strong focus on each young person's unique needs and goals. You'll guide a passionate team of Social Workers and Young Person Advisors, collaborating closely to help young people achieve independence.
