LSHA is a small community based housing association with around 350 homes, primarily in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. We are a small but dynamic team, defined by our vision to work for better housing and services for our tenants. Our strength comes from our size and our ‘one team’ approach. We are currently looking to recruit someone with exceptional community investment and tenant engagement skill, to help us on our journey to improve our services and relationship with our tenants.  You will be experienced in supporting tenants to have a voice in services are developed, while developing our relationship with tenants, but also linking both tenants and LSHA into the community networks for support, greater opportunities and access community initiatives and investments available to them.  This role will work closely with the wider team.  Our size is an asset, with the right attitude, commitment and passion, we can get things done!
