Job Vacancy: Welfare Attendance Officer

Location: Tottenham

Start Date: ASAP

Daily Rate: £13.15 -£16ph

A dedicated and experienced Welfare Attendance Officer is sought to join a fantastic Primary school in Tottenham, starting immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance and punctuality, as well as ensuring the well-being of students.

Responsibilities for the role include working closely with families and students to identify and address attendance issues, providing support and guidance to parents and students, and maintaining accurate attendance records. The Welfare Attendance Officer will also be responsible for liaising with external agencies and attending meetings with parents and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting, with a strong knowledge of Bromcom, safeguarding & welfare, data input, attendance policies and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and analyse data effectively are also required.
