Key Responsibilities
  • Providing first aid and medical assistance to students and staff as required.

  • Supporting students' emotional well-being and referring them to appropriate support services as needed.
  • Keeping accurate records of incidents, accidents, and medical interventions in line with school policies.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for students requiring welfare support and liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies where appropriate.
  • Promoting a safe and caring environment that supports the health and well-being of the school community.
Requirements
  • Valid First Aid certification (essential).
  • Previous experience in a welfare, healthcare, or educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine commitment to the welfare and well-being of young people.
