Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding young people and ensuring their safety overnight.
  • Building trusting relationships and providing emotional support.
  • Supporting young people in developing independence and life skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of events and care provided during shifts.

Requirements:
