The Role - Youth Mentor

We require a Youth Mentor to join a fast paced PRU to support students who with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. For this Youth Mentor role you must have a calm and proactive approach and be able to confidently support students on a 1:1 basis as well as calmly and effectively diffuse situations should a challenging situation arise. To be a successful Youth Mentor you must be a confident Youth Mentor with strong behaviour management skills and have an empathetic approach.

The School - Youth Mentor

This PRU is located in Wandsworth and caters for 96 students between the ages of 7 and 19 who have SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. This PRU was recently graded as 'Good' in their recent Ofsted inspection and is easily accessible from all points of London.
