Teach360 is currently working with a wonderful SEMH school in the heart of Hackney. Currently, they are seeking a strong youth mentor to join their behavioural team and assist some of their challenging behaviour students.

- Youth Mentor for an ASAP start

- Youth Mentor to earn up to 500 a week

- Youth Mentor required for the borough of Hackney

- Youth Mentor required for a long-term role

- Youth Mentor to support learners with SEMH and Behavioural Difficulties

- Team Teach training desirable but not essential

The Role- Youth Worker

An experienced Youth Worker is needed to support pupils with SEMH and behavioural difficulties in a forward-looking SEMH school. Youth Workers provide 1:1 support to pupils outside of the classroom as part of their role as Youth Workers. You will need strong behaviour management skills as well as the ability to adapt to any situation due to the nature of this role. Although Team Teach training is desirable, it is not essential. The ability to build a positive rapport with the pupils you are working with is essential to being an effective Youth Worker.

The School-SEMH School

The SEMH School is located in Hackney and caters for 90 students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. To help its learners reach their full potential, the school provides a high level of support. As a well-established school in the community, it provides students with a broad range of learning opportunities.
