Youth Mentor - Haringey - Immediate Start - Secondary School - 80-100 per Day

The Ideal Youth Mentor:

• Has experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour.
• Is passionate about supporting and mentoring vulnerable students.
• Can start immediately and is ready to make an impact.
• Holds an enhanced DBS (or is willing to obtain one).
• Can commute to Haringey.
• Will earn between 80-100 per day, depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with challenging behaviour.
• Assist students with both academic and behavioural challenges.
• Track student progress and develop strategies to support their growth.
• Work closely with behavioural staff, senior leadership, and teachers to implement effective interventions.
• Support or lead interventions tailored to meet individual learning needs.
