Teach360 is partnering with a fantastic SEMH school in the heart of Hackney, seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor to join their behavioural support team. This role is ideal for someone who can assist students facing challenging behaviours.
Position Details:
- Role: Youth Mentor with an ASAP start
- Salary: Up to 500 per week
- Location: Hackney
- Duration: Long-term position
- Focus: Support learners with SEMH and behavioural difficulties
- Training: Team Teach training is preferred but not mandatory

Role Overview - Youth Mentor
We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to support students with SEMH and behavioural challenges in a progressive SEMH school. Youth Workers will provide one-on-one support outside the classroom, requiring strong behavior management skills and the ability to adapt to various situations. While Team Teach training is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Building a positive rapport with students is crucial for success in this role.
