The Role - Youth Support Worker

We are looking for a Youth Support Worker to join a fast paced SEMH School to support the schools most challenging student's students on a 1:1 basis in a class of 7 students. For this Youth Support Worker role you must have at least 1 years experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not have to be in the school setting. To be a suitable Youth Support Worker you must have a calm and confident approach and have the vision to see the best in every child.

This SEMH School caters for 90 students between the ages of 7 - 19 with SEMH and challenging behaviour. This SEMH School is situated in the London Borough of Wandsworth and aims to transform the lives of the young people and preparing them for life outside education aiming to get them on the right path of life. This SEMH School was recently graded as 'Good' in their recent Ofsted inspection.
