Duties & Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Create and deliver detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and manage client licenses, ensuring system compliance and efficiency.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft environments and virtualization technologies (e.g., VDI, Citrix, VMware).
- Strong knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS) and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
