Sonic Summary

The client is seeking an Azure Architect for a 6-month contract based in HA2 / North West London with a hybrid work pattern.
The role involves designing and managing Azure architectures, producing low-level designs, and resolving 3rd level technical issues.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of Azure and experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, AD, and VMWare virtualization.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT architecture and infrastructure.
The day rate for this role is negotiable and falls outside IR35 regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have in-depth Azure knowledge. Azure Architect role –

Produce low level designs across infrastructure
Build infrastructure proof of concepts
Act as point of resolution for 3rd level technical issues

Azure Architect experience –

Experience of the logical and physical design of secure, efficient, resilient IT architectures
Experience with Microsoft technologies specifically Windows Server, AD, ISA Server, TMG and Microsoft Security methodologies.
AD/DHCP/DNS
VMWare virtualisation
NetApp Storage Arrays
Cisco routers and switches
IIS configuration & hardening
Fortinet firewalls
