  • Interrogation of M365 data and APIs
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering knowledge
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

Should have

  • Microsoft Copilot usage and integration
  • Integration of PowerBI and ServiceNow
  • Tableau and Business Objects experience
  • Crystal reports knowledge
