The Opportunity
As a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for public sector clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure optimal architecture, efficient implementation, and exceptional client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Analyse client business needs and craft innovative CRM solutions.
- Design technical documentation (TDD/FDD) and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Develop and manage Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on performance optimisation.
- Provide technical leadership, including task assignment, troubleshooting, and peer reviews.
- Plan, execute, and maintain best practices for system implementations.
- Collaborate to deliver configuration, customisation, and extension of Dynamics CRM.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365/CRM development.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
- Strong skills in .NET Framework, WCF/Web API, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and integrations.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Power BI Reporting.
- Experience in data integration and migration projects.
