The Opportunity

As a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for public sector clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure optimal architecture, efficient implementation, and exceptional client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse client business needs and craft innovative CRM solutions.
  • Design technical documentation (TDD/FDD) and obtain stakeholder approvals.
  • Develop and manage Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on performance optimisation.
  • Provide technical leadership, including task assignment, troubleshooting, and peer reviews.
  • Plan, execute, and maintain best practices for system implementations.
  • Collaborate to deliver configuration, customisation, and extension of Dynamics CRM.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365/CRM development.
  • Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
  • Strong skills in .NET Framework, WCF/Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript).
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and integrations.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Power BI Reporting.
  • Experience in data integration and migration projects.
