We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with specialized expertise in Office 365 to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-level Office 365 solutions. This role combines deep technical proficiency in Office 365 migrations with strategic architectural leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in executing complex migrations, designing scalable and secure Office 365 environments, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Strong skills in PowerShell, Azure integration, and cloud architecture are essential, along with the ability to lead teams and drive digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Office 365 Mastery: Extensive experience with Office 365 administration, architecture, and deployment across key services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Migration Expertise: Proven success leading enterprise Office 365 migrations, utilizing best practices and migration tools.
• PowerShell Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation, configuration, and management of Office 365 environments.
• Azure AD Knowledge: Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, including identity synchronization, security, and access management.
• Architectural Acumen: Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based Office 365 solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues in large-scale environments.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams and convey technical strategies to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Capability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Cloud Security: Experience with Office 365 security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, DLP) and Azure security features.
• EMS Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) components like Intune and endpoint management.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Integration Experience: Knowledge of integrating Office 365 with other platforms (e.g., AWS, on-premises systems).
• Change Management: Skills in driving user adoption and managing organizational change during Office 365 rollouts.

Experience

• Minimum: 5+ years working with Office 365 solutions, including 3+ years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
• Migration Focus: Demonstrated success in leading multiple Office 365 migration projects from planning to completion.
• Strategic Role: Experience collaborating with senior leadership on cloud strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
