Sentinel Technical Architect

We are currently hiring for a Technical Architect with experience in Sentinel and IBM Security QRadar on Cloud (QRoC) to join one of our Consultancy clients on a 3-months contract.

Responsibilities:

  • IBM Security QRadar on Cloud (QRoC) experience
  • Migrating Sentinel from SIEM solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Create and maintain software architecture and design documentation
  • Identify technical challenges and propose solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers
  • Participate in the development process, including coding, testing, and deployment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions Key Behaviours & Competencies
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, .NET)
  • Experience with software design patterns and architectural frameworks (e.g. MVC, SOA, microservices)
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
