Lorien's leading banking client in London is seeking an Android Developer for a new project with a hybrid working model of 1-2 days on site per week.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android development, along with a background in designing high-quality user interfaces.
Candidates are expected to have knowledge of Android Studio, JIRA, Bitbucket, and unit testing, and to work as part of Agile Scrum Teams.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mobile app development using Java and Kotlin.
The role is offered via Umbrella with a competitive salary based on experience.

Job Overview

Mobile app development - developing in Java/Kotlin programming language which is used to develop the applications for the Android devices.
Strong experience in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Android development
A background of designing, developing and implementing high quality user interfaces that meet accessibility standards
A good knowledge of Android Studio, JIRA and Bitbucket
A good knowledge of Unit testing
These individuals execute their work as part of Agile Self-organising Scrum Teams with a proven track record for delivery based on their Technical & Functional exposure & experience.
They need to have knowledge & experience of the Toolsets & Processes we use within Mobile.
