AWS Platform Engineer
Central London (3 days a week in office)
£70,000 - £85,000 per annum + Generous Benefits Package
An innovative SaaS company in London who have grown exponentially in the last 18 months are looking for an AWS Platform Engineer to join the team. They are seeking an ambitious AWS Platform Engineer who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and learning new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable backend services - Typescript
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines - Jenkins, Gitlab or similar
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Develop automation scripts using Python
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Platform Engineer role or similar.
- Experience in AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills - Python
- Backend experience - TypeScript
- Experience with a CI/CD tool such as Jenkins or Gitlab.
- Knowledge of Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
The client is willing to take someone that doesn't have all the skills and provide an environment to learn and grow.
