Leading prop tech client now requires a DevOps Engineer to support, build and deploy their software solutions.
This role will focus on automating our clients cloud infrastructure to support future projects and the wider engineering team.
The role:
- Designing configuration and automation tools for continuous integration and delivery.
- Promoting DevOps best practices across our clients engineering function.
- Maintenance: Implement effective monitoring across our clients’ systems.
- Aid the engineering teams when encountering troubleshooting system and software issues.
- Collaborate with wider solution teams and participate in code reviews and validations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as a DevOps/Junior DevOps Engineer using Azure.
- Experience in CI/CD (Azure DevOps pipelines).
- Understanding of the latest DevOps tools, technologies and best practices.
- Experience with a scripting language.
- Experience with individual resources e.g. Function Apps (Any experience with containerisation technologies is desirable).
- Experience using ARM templates to define resources.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent opportunity which provides a base salary of £56,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
In terms of working structure, this role is remote (UK based).
