We are seeking a C++ Software Developer to join a global quantitative trading company in London.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ and experience working for a quantitative trading firm.
Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing trading systems, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating on production issues.
The salary for this position is open, and additional benefits include a discretionary bonus, shares/stocks, and private medical and dental care.

Main Responsibilities as a C++ Software Developer

Develop and optimise trading systems, exchange connectivity, and infrastructure.
Design and implement scalable storage and networking solutions.
Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues and improve system performance.
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning.
Contribute to strategy development and align simulations with live trading.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Experience working for a quantitative trading firm
5+ years in C++
Python/Java
Strong development experience
Familiarity with Low-Latency & High-Frequency platforms
