LOCATION – London TERM – Permanent SALARY – circa £70,0000 - £100,0000 per annum depending on experienceA UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Senior Controls & Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The Senior Controls & Software Engineerwill ideally have the following attributes:
  • BEng or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in control systems design & automation.
  • Strong knowledge & experience with TwinCAT 3 software.  
  • Highly proficient with both software & hardware development.
  • PLC programming from scratch.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
  • Developing PLC software applications.
  • Writing software designs & specifications.
  • Providing support to other engineers where required.
  • Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all time.
