This pivotal role will allow you to leverage your deep technical expertise to develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that drive business success and improve operational efficiencies. As part of our core dynamics team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented group of professionals and help shape the future of technological landscape.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Developer - D365, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysis, Project Management, and Architecture, to define product roadmaps, evaluate new technologies, and ensure technical feasibility for ambitious projects. You'll be responsible for optimizing system performance, ensuring smooth integrations, and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Write high-quality, optimized code to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and emerging technologies, integrating best practices into our solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, development processes, and technical solutions, including regular progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations, maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong background in architecture, development, and platform management.
  • Proven experience with administration and application development in Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Microsoft Certifications (preferred): MB-910, MB-210, AZ-900.
  • Solid understanding of security principles to ensure safe and compliant system operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
