This fantastic role offers a driven DMS Developer the chance to take their career to the next level working with a forward-thinking Innovation & Technology team. The successful candidate will be working closely with various departments consulting on and enhancing business processes through the effective use of M-Files. It's an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while delivering impactful, technology driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions and DMS project teams to design and implement workflows within M-Files platform.
  • Configure and manage system settings using the M-Files Admin tool as part of the DMS solution delivery.
  • Document all developed solutions and maintain an up-to-date change request log.
  • Actively monitor M-Files resources (e.g. official websites, webinars) to stay informed about product updates and share relevant insights with the DMS Project and Client Solutions teams.
  • Contribute ideas and innovative solutions to support the ongoing enhancement of the M-Files application.
  • Promote M-Files capabilities through blog posts, instructional videos, and in person training sessions as appropriate.
  • Provide technical and operational support to the IT Helpdesk and Client Solutions teams to assist with resolving user issues.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of metadata-based document management systems.
  • Understanding of software development and how programming can be applied in solution implementations.
  • Experience in analysing customer and business requirements.
  • Skilled in documenting and presenting technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with basic coding languages such as JSON & HTML.
