Job Title: Full Stack DeveloperReports to: Head of Infrastructure, Security, and DevelopmentSalary: £57,000 - £68,000Location: RemoteAn exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Stack Developer, to join my client, a nationwide charity, on a permanent basis.PurposeThe Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, building, and delivering technology solutions that integrate and automate business processes. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll manage systems using Azure Serverless technologies (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, App Services) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, manage development activities, and ensure customer service standards are met using ITIL and DevOps methodologies.My client is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer, who has worked across multiple different platforms and software's around CRMs, APIs, SaaS, Web Applications and has extensive experience on Azure Cloud. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development from conception to deployment for back-office and front-office services, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Provide technical expertise on Dynamics CRM and third-party application integrations.
  • Work on website/UI design, Web APIs, Power Apps/portals, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Integrate applications with third-party providers using APIs and Microservices.
  • Document work according to security standards (ISO27001, RMADS).
  • Oversee automated testing and assist in bug fixing and performance improvements.
  • Contribute to system design and manage performance and security monitoring.

Person SpecificationSkills and Competencies

  • Adaptable to change, focused on continuous improvement, and committed to delivering results.
  • Strong collaborative skills and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Technical expertise in Full Stack development, particularly with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Power Platform.
  • Experience in API development, source control, and continuous integration environments.

Technical Skills

  • Languages: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML
  • Platforms: MS Windows Server, Dynamics CRM, Azure Services, Power BI
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, object-oriented programming, and API design.

Desirable

  • Experience working on Salesforce and/or AI technologies.

This is a permanent opportunity, to work for a national Charity, paying £56,000 - £68,000 based on experience with strong company benefits. A remote position with occasional travel to either Birmingham or London.
