Salary - £55-75k DOE

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using TypeScript, React, and other modern web frameworks and technologies.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on maintainability, security and scalability.
- Collaborate with product manager and design team to translate designs and user stories into functional and engaging user interfaces.
- Build and consume RESTfulAPIs to integrate with backend services and databases.
- Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure application security, preferably with experience of OWASP, CIS, CSA
- Optimise application performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiently use development tools including Github, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
- Track time and resources through JIRA projects, update documentation in Confluence with diagrams in Figjam or equivalent applications
- Contribute to the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the web development ecosystem and be willing to learn new languages like Python and Go as project needs dictate.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in small team start ups
- Degree level comp sci, engineering, maths, physics.
