Avanti Recruitment are working with a Software company based in central London who are looking to add a Full-stack .NET Developer to their team.
The business provides security solutions for the aviation and travel industry and are going through a rebuild of their current platform. They provide integrations to airline systems to assist with determining accessibility to countries, they are also developing a new web-based application to work alongside their existing system as well.
The have a London-based office and are happy for the team to work fully remote, they do like to get the team together 3 times per year for social events. They have a solid team of 7 Developers who work alongside a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers. They are experts at building products in their niche industry and can solve highly complex problems, the working environment is relaxed and casual yet very hard-working where Developers have the freedom to introduce new ideas.

On top of a basic salary of 60,000-70,000, they also offer a pension scheme, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays with 3 social events per year and flexible working hours over a 40-hour week with core hours of 10:00-14:00 and fully remote working.
