This role will entail a 50/50 split of both hands-on Flutter and Python mobile app development while simultaneously leading and mentoring a team of 8 developers. Ensuring that projects stay within timeframes and maintaining a high level of quality are key aspects to the role that will help the business stay on track to over-achieve its targets and aspirations.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both managing high-performance teams within a fast-paced environment and a hands-on mobile development background.
