Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: £44,000

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all IT Spaces, including data centres and communications rooms
- Assist in the implementation of tech changes across the IT infrastructure
- Respond to tickets, service requests and change requests
- Assist with IT infrastructure security, backup, and monitoring
- Provide and maintain thorough records, procedures, inventory, and equipment
- Promote cooperation and open communication with other IT departments
Essential
- Proven experience working within technical environments such as data centre suites and communication rooms (Technical Spaces)
- Demonstrated success in an operational and collaborative role, including liaising with third-party providers
- Experienced in managing and delivering technical projects effectively
- Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and manage workflows efficiently
- Ability to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
