Experience:• Experience working within a financial institution, preferably Front Office IT, with exposure to the business.• Strong analytical skills. • The ability to face off directly to the business to receive, analyse requirements, and propose suitable solutions that adheres to the team’s methodology• A history of delivering successfully within an Agile environment, with flexibility and adaptability• Communication skills. Communicate effectively with all parties involved, including non-technical stake holders across different locations and time-zones.
