- Deploy laptops and iPhones with JAMF, maintain asset lists, and handle user onboarding across applications like Okta, Google Apps, and Slack.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Mac and iOS devices, address networking issues, and document solutions.
- Support the IT Director in major IT projects and manage our help desk, tracking and elevating user requests until resolved.
- Oversee security tools (e.g., Umbrella, antivirus) and ensure Zoom rooms are fully operational.
- Deliver structured training to new and existing users, enhancing their technical confidence.
- 1-2 years of relevant IT experience (financial or professional services background a plus).
- Proficiency with Mac, Windows, JAMF/MDM, Google Workspace, and Zoom technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive, flexible mindset.
