Main Responsibilities as a Junior Software Engineer
- Design and build software that is scalable and high performing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Improve code to ensure it is efficient, reliable, and easy to maintain.
- Promote and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- A strong academic foundation, preferably from a top-tier university, with excellent grades in Computer Science or a STEM field, showcasing a genuine enthusiasm for software development, coding, and technology.
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a software development role, focusing on building cloud-based products, with expertise in backend development; full-stack experience is also highly valued.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and programming languages (e.g., React, Vue, Golang, iOS, Android) is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
