Lead Developer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Developer with C# Development experience & leadership and line management experience to join a leading education organisation on a remote basis that offers amazing flexibility and the opportunity to have a real impact on the business.

The Lead Developer will line managing 2 team members while being hands-on, coding & leading on development projects that include HR & Finance system transformations. The role will play a key part in bringing in development policies, continuous integration, and expanding the development team.

Skills required for the Lead Developer are:- C# & .Net is a must - Strong experience with API's and integration- Experience leading a team- Comfortable requirement gathering, building relationships with different teams & able to push back and provide insight into CI & CD- Entity Framework, LINQ, Razor Pages experience is desired- Experience within the education or charity sector would be advantageous
