We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies, leveraging AWS services and Infrastructure as Code frameworks like Terraform. Key Details:
- Location: London (2 days onsite per week)
- Rate: £500-£520/day (Inside IR35)
- Contract Type: Temporary/Contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Automate processes with Python, Lambda, AWS Batch, and AWS Glue Studio
- Design and maintain AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and CloudWatch
- Integrate monitoring solutions like Splunk and utilize AWS Athena for data analysis
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development workflows
- Perform Static Code Analysis using linting tools
Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience with AWS core services (DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, SQS, Secrets Manager, KMS)
- Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks
- Strong automation and DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Python scripting and AWS Glue Studio
- Knowledge of Elastic Container Registry (ECR), CloudWatch logs, and Splunk integration
- Expertise in AWS Athena, SQS, and background automation processes
