Core Responsibilities & Technologies

  • Owning the laptop build and policy management across the firm’s infrastructure.
  • Managing and maintaining MECM/SCCM & Intune environments, including task sequences, deployments, and compliance.
  • Packaging applications using App-V or MSI and deploying them via SCCM/Intune.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) systems and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Using PowerShell for automation and scripting to streamline desktop support processes.
  • Working closely with security teams and 3rd-party vendors to ensure systems remain secure and compliant.
  • Providing 3rd-line support for desktop infrastructure, ensuring high stability and reliability.
