We require someone who is able to start with a blank screen and create a solution from scratch. Although you will be working in a team and collaborating on your code using GitHub, you will be expected to create workable test modules for our systems on your own.Working alongside existing developers, you will need to be able to collaborate to take a project from a brief to a solution.
