We are looking to recruit a Principal Software Engineer. This is your chance to join an established SAAS provider in the TV Production and Entertainment sector.
What You Can Expect
- Location - London (Hybrid 2-4 days per month in London)
- Salary - £80,000 - £100,000
- Work Type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Principal Software Engineer
- Developing an existing UK Payroll technology platform to accommodate future business demands, including international expansion.
- Overseeing a team of offshore and onshore software engineers to ensure the successful implementation of technical improvements.
- Working closely with architects and engineering leads to conceptualise and construct integration capabilities with wider product suite.
- Leading design initiatives to enhance software solutions with a focus on security and scalability.
- Promoting a culture of engineering excellence by reviewing technical designs, code and sharing best practices.
Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Strong experience building large scale distributed systems.
- Strong .Net Experience.
- Experience working on Financial Services, Invoicing, Payroll or Banking Products is essential.
- Experience using Angular, React or Vue.
- Strong leadership skills.
