Sonic Summary

Salt is seeking a Python Developer for a financial sector client, with an immediate requirement for an Inside IR35 contract lasting 6 months.
The contract offers a negotiable rate between £425-£525 and involves a hybrid working model with 2 to 3 days in the office located in Central London.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of full stack web development experience and strong proficiency in Python.
Additional skills required include API design and development, experience with data processing libraries like Pandas, and familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, version control systems like Git, and knowledge of cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines are also essential.

Salt are recruiting for an immediate requirement with a financial sector client of ours who is looking for a Python Developer.

This will be an Inside IR35 contract for 6 months initially with a rate negotiable between £425-£525. It would be a hybrid role with 2/3 days expected in office, based in Central London.

Skills & Experience:

* Experience: 3+ years of full stack web development experience.

* Proficiency in Python: Strong experience in developing applications using Python.

* API Design & Development: Proven ability to design, develop, and document RESTful APIs.

* Data Processing Libraries: Proficiency in one or more Python data libraries: Pandas, DuckDB, or Polars.

* Frontend Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

* Database Experience: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

* Version Control: Experience with Git or similar version control systems.

* Deployment & DevOps: Knowledge of deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
