This Python Developer and Project Manager role will be as a Technical Assistant to the CEO, You will be critical in driving their strategic priorities while getting stuck into technical and operational challenges.As the CEO's right hand, you’ll ensure the smooth execution of priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support critical business needs.Key responsibilities and objectives: Technical Hands-On Support:

Collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges.
Develop and refine scripts, automate tasks, and analyse data using Python.
Develop solutions as needed in Python to assist developers
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Operational Excellence:

Act as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges and presenting solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Optimise processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership Support:

Manage communication and coordination across teams to align efforts.
Serve as a sounding board and problem-solver for leadership.
