QA Software Engineer - Python / C++ - Sought by dynamic Fintech that provides full-service trading solutions - Permanent - Hybrid - London

Salary: £70,000 + 10% Bonus

Hybrid: 2/3 x a week in Paddington

My client is a low-latency market data provider and trading solutions organisation. Their solutions range from market data offerings across Equities, Derivatives, Futures Exchanges and FX.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in C++ programming and scripting language (ideally Python)
  • Experience in QA and automation
  • Networking concepts, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Git or similar SCM tool
  • Knowledge of Financial trading infrastructures and applications

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, define, and implement test cases to ensure thorough tests of our products
  • To become an expert in low-latency, high-performance software and hardware products
  • To become an expert user of their products and provide technical support to a highly specialised client base
  • Exposure to pre-sales technical support
  • Contribute to the development of automated test tools, and continually improve the quality of releases on the full range of the company's comprehensive technical portfolio
