About the Role:
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that enhance the customer experience and support renewable energy products.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to discussions around tools, architecture, and processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD), write clean code, and embrace the values and practices of DevSecOps to ensure high-quality, maintainable software.
- Work with a range of modern technologies, including Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and various Azure technologies/services.
- Design, optimize, and maintain robust databases (both relational SQL and NoSQL) and ensure effective use of Infrastructure as Code tools like Azure Bicep and Terraform.
