- Have sell side trading experience and have built trading systems
- Backend experience using Core Java with multithreading, concurrency and low latency

You will also be excellent at improving the speed, scalability and low-latency of their current trading platform, in addition to building new features, using SQL, Linux, Unix and Kafka.
