Are you an experienced software engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for driving innovative solutions? We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-quality, impactful software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your extensive knowledge in structured programming within a structured language environment to develop and maintain complex software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Apply your expertise in operating systems, programming languages, and development tools to deliver efficient, high-performance solutions.
  • Use performance tuning techniques to optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
  • Independently manage and execute software development tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze and solve complex technical problems, making sound decisions to enhance software functionality and performance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, ensuring solutions meet their requirements and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Participate in project planning, including evaluating alternatives, assessing risks and benefits, and managing deliverables using project management tools.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong foundation in structured programming.
  • Expertise in performance tuning, development tools, and various operating systems.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management software and experience in planning and tracking development activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients effectively.
